Working with Terese has helped me grow tremendously as an individual. She is always attentive and present and more than anything has helped me understand that the first step in healing is acceptance. I look forward to my sessions with her.

Therapy with Terese has been such a positive experience. Before beginning therapy, I was stuck in destructive patterns and didn’t know how to set boundaries. With Terese’s help, I have learned how to be better for myself and for the people closest to me.

“Our non-profit organization worked with Terese Castellanos on our annual retreat for our team of 50 staff. She presented on the topic of compassion fatigue and did an incredible job. She was powerful, engaging and authentic in her approach. Everyone walked away with deeper insight and understanding of their work and how their own self-care can impact their effectiveness.”
